Original model files, uploaded dependencies, retained source versions, and user-created assets count. Files we generate for viewing (optimized models, compressed variants, thumbnails, and previews) do not count toward storage.
Each new model or new source version counts once, and the count resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Images, videos, and environment maps do not count toward it.
Nothing already uploaded is touched. Paid plans can buy 50 model uploads for $15. Credits never expire and are used only after the regular monthly allowance runs out.
Anyone you invite into the workspace as an owner, admin, or editor occupies a seat. Reviewers do not, and neither does anyone opening a Share. External clients and stakeholders can comment and approve without ever being billed.
Team seats are added and removed as you invite and remove members. Extra seats bill monthly at a flat rate even when the base plan is annual, and each change is prorated against the rest of that month. You are only charged for seats beyond the ones Team includes.
Storage counts original files, uploaded dependencies, retained source versions, and user-created assets. Files we generate for viewing (optimized models, compressed variants, thumbnails, and previews) and temporary processing files do not count toward storage. Model uploads count each new 3D model or new source version within a calendar month. Images, videos, and environment maps count toward storage only.
When the monthly model allowance runs out, new model uploads pause until the next calendar month starts (UTC); nothing you already have is touched. Every asset stays reviewable, downloadable, and shareable. Paid plans can buy non-expiring packs of 50 model uploads to keep going. If you are at the storage limit, freeing space or upgrading gets you moving again. There are no surprise charges.
Yes, at any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately with the remainder of your current period credited against the new one. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Checkout runs on Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. Invoices, receipts, and payment methods are managed through Stripe's secure billing portal, which you can open from your billing settings.
Your workspace stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then moves to the Free plan. Your projects and assets remain in place; the limits of the Free plan apply from that point on.
Every plan can embed a model on a website with a snippet of code, and visitors need no account to turn it around. Free embeds show the Proximae logo and include 10,000 views a month; at the limit they stop loading until the month ends. Pro and Team can hide the logo and have unlimited views under fair use. A visitor counts once per embed per day.
