Uploads pause when either your model count or source upload volume reaches its monthly allowance. Storage is measured separately.
Original model files, uploaded dependencies, retained source versions, and user-created assets count. Optimized viewing files, compressed variants, thumbnails, and previews are included.
Both source bytes and model uploads are counted within a calendar month and reset on the first. Whichever allowance is depleted first pauses new uploads.
Nothing already uploaded is touched. Paid plans can buy 20 model uploads and 10 GB of source volume for $15. Credits never expire and are used only after the regular monthly allowance runs out.
Anyone you invite into the workspace as an owner, admin, or editor occupies a seat. Reviewers do not, and neither does anyone opening a Share. External clients and stakeholders can comment and approve without ever being billed.
Team seats are added and removed as you invite and remove members. Extra seats bill monthly at a flat rate even when the base plan is annual, and each change is prorated against the rest of that month. You are only charged for seats beyond the ones Team includes.
Storage counts original files, uploaded dependencies, retained source versions, and user-created assets. Optimized viewing files, compressed variants, thumbnails, previews, and temporary processing files are included and do not count. Source upload volume is how many original bytes you upload within a calendar month.
New uploads pause; nothing you already have is touched. Every asset stays reviewable, downloadable, and shareable. Paid plans can use non-expiring capacity credits after a regular monthly allowance runs out. If you are at the storage limit, freeing space or upgrading gets you moving again. There are no surprise charges.
Yes, at any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately with the remainder of your current period credited against the new one. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Your workspace stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then moves to the Free plan. Your projects and assets remain in place; the limits of the Free plan apply from that point on.
